Elk Park runs via Barr trail

Hi, I live in Co. Springs and am in training for the Leadville trail marathon and had a couple of questions (maybe several) about the Sunday Elk Park runs: -How long is the run? I know that you head down Elk Park trail to Barr trail and then as far up Barr as possible, but do you retrace your steps down Barr and then up Elk Park trail again? -how much food & water do you think would be sufficient? I have a running pack that can carry plenty of food and carries a bottle of about 28oz. Do you think this enough or should I get a larger pack or camelback to carry more water? -Where does this run meet? Is it at memorial park or at the tollbooth on pikes peak hwy at 7 a.m? - How many people usually do this run? Does everyone do the full distance or do some cut it a little short?
