I go up the Incline about 2-3 times a week i can make it from the bottom to the top in 32 minutes. I had no idea that I have been trespassing the whole time. Today i noticed a sign posted that said they where going to start charging for parking in the barr trail parking lot. Does that mean that the incline is now open to the public?
