Sent: Thursday, April 16, 1998 9:34 AM Subject: Incline V2 TH #2 LR #22 Thursday April 16, 1998 We will meet today at 5:30 if you want to come. I for one will NOT run up the Incline in this mess because it could result in death. I am going to do 1 minute hard (notice I said hard not fast — looks like no fast today), 1 minute easy to No Name Creek (or 30 minutes whichever comes first) from Hydro street. I have a funny feeling that the 30 minutes will come first due to the snow:-) This Sunday will be long run #22 — at least I think it is #22 because I got lost in a time warp and was stuck on #16 for a while there. Also, due to a busy week, I let last week’s Thursday reminder trick me into thinking I sent out a Sunday reminder but things are settling down at last. Fortunately, only a few of you have been sending “get my act together” e-mail. To the rest of you thanks for putting up with the confusion. At any rate plan on a DEEP one for this Sunday’s COG loop!
