PLEASE FORWARD THE FOLLOWING TO ANYONE YOU THINK MIGHT BE INTERESTED!

Tuesday, October 20, is the 2nd annual RRCA National Run to Work Day. Are
you weird enough to commute on foot? Are you clever enough to handle
complex logistical problems? Do you have a shower at work, or the courage
not to care?

This is an open invitation to all runners to:

1) Run to work on Tuesday, October 20.

2) Send an e-mail or postcard afterwards to the RRCA national office and
let them know how it went.

E-mail postings can be sent to: (e-mail address removed for www posting)

Postcards can be sent to:

RRCA National Office
1150 South Washington Street #250
Alexandria, VA  22314

If you’re a T-shirt freak, you can order one of the following “bumper
sticker T-shirts” (although not until after the event) by calling the RRCA
national office at 703-836-0558. The T-shirt is white and the front and
back designs are done in green and blue illumiNITE. The front design is
the event logo. You can choose from the following bumper sticker designs on
the back:

* “How’s My Running? Call 703-836-0558”
* “Honk If You Ran to Work!”
* “I Brake For Rottweilers”

Answers to FAQ:

1) Q: What if I’m currently a student?
   A: School IS work. Run there.

2) Q: What if I work at home?
   A: Lucky you. Run around the block and get back to work.

3) Q: Why?
   A: Why not?

Watch out for large trucks and teenagers. Good luck and have fun!
