Sorry about this! My ISP got bought out not long ago and the new owners have been merging me into their setup. Along the way I had to re-enter my mail setup info and managed to type my e-mail address as (e-mail address removed for www posting) which is totally my fault — you would think I could spell run. At any rate, a lot of mail servers stop spam by not allowing fake domain names in e-mail addresses hence a large number of you did not get the mail this week. It also explains why no one has been answering any of the other mail I have been sending out this week.
