Seventy-five ICers came out in last week’s wind and deep snow for a great run. This will pay off come August! Matt reports in the news section (below) that another first-Sunday treat day went over well!

Head out El Paso and into the GOG. Run up Rampart Range Road to just past the antenna. Head down Williams Canyon one mile and take the right up to Waldo and head back to the park via UPT. 2.5-4 hours. Shorter option — go all the way down Williams. See maps: http://www.inclineclub.com/maps.htm

1/7/07 Sun: For the 2nd week in a row deep snow changed our route. But that did not stop 75 ICers from coming out. It looked like about a 50/50 split between Rampart Range Road (snow packed but very windy and thus very cold) and the Barr Trail (mostly packed until just before Bobs Rd). But the big news was that since it was the 1st Sunday of the month we had our 2nd mini-feedbag:-) Lots of good food was had by those who got back early. Those that ran a little longer were still treated to a lot of cookies.
