Thursday, May 24, 5:45pm — Hydro Street
Warm up from Memorial Park in time to get to Hydro Street. Do a 30 minute tempo run up the Barr Trail. Run easy back down the Barr Trail do 6 Hydro Street hill repeats.
Sunday, May 27, 8:00am — Memorial Park
Barr Camp with an out/back to Mt View via the Barr Trail or by heading out the Ute Pass Trail until it intersects Longs Ranch Road. Take TWO lefts and head UP Longs Ranch Road. Try to smile when you hit Poppa Bear Hill;-) Take Bobs Road to the Barr Trail. Run to Barr Camp and then head back down via the Barr Trail.

5/20/2007 Sun: 45 ICers came out for another trip up to Barr Camp. Again two routes were used. The Barr Trail and Longs Ranch Road/Bobs. Looked like a lot of people made the camp for the first time this season:-)
5/17/2007: Thur: Perfect conditions greeted 41 ICers today. The rain had stopped but left the trail damp with plenty of traction. There was some humidity in the air which made it easier to breath. And many took advantage of both and set some PRs. 6 Hydros rounded out the run.
