Feedbag Sunday
We’ll do another feedbag this Sunday, February 3. If your first name starts with “T” through “Z” then please bring enough food and drink for you and 3 other people. We will once again stick the food in the back of a car and have at it after the run. As a reminder by food, I mean if you like a banana and a Gatorade after your run then bring 4 bananas and 4 Gatorades etc. Anything goes!

Waldo/LRR double! Run the UPT and then head over and do Waldo Canyon — clockwise. Next, head up LRR and return via the Barr Trail. 3-4 hours, if it would be longer just do Waldo or LRR. See maps!

1/27/2008 Sun: 64 came out today with many heading up the Barr Trail. A much bigger group than last time made it all the way to Barr Camp:-) There was some ice on the trail however and those without screw shoes were probably hating. Well, some just avoided it altogether and headed up Rampart Range Road.
1/20/2008 Sun: A large group of 68 came out for the Waldo/LRR double. Of course only a few do the whole thing but quite a few reported doing all of either Waldo or LRR for the first time. Progress is progress and that is what is all about!
