This week we begin our Thursday workouts! Tomorrow at 5:45 PM be at Hydro Street! For anyone who is new, or doesnt remember ;) , Hydro Street is up Ruxton, just above the Cog Railway.
*Please* remember to be courteous of other trail users and the kind folks at the Cog Railway by parking at Memorial Park and doing your warm-up jog to Hydro Street. Leave enough time to get there because the workout begins promptly at 5:45. For most of us this means leaving Memorial Park no later than 5:30. :*)

NEXT RUNS:

Thursday, Apr 3, 5:45pm Hydro Street
Warm up from Memorial Park in time to get to Hydro Street. Do 30 minutes of 1 min hard, 1 min easy up the Barr Trail. Easy back down the Barr Trail. Do 4 Hydro Street repeats.
Sunday, Apr 6, 8:00AM Memorial Park
Run to Barr Camp and back via the Barr Trail.
Thursday, Apr 10, 5:45pm Hydro Street
Warm up from Memorial Park in time to get to Hydro Street. Do a 30 minute tempo run up the Barr Trail. Run easy back down the Barr Trail do 4 Hydro Street hill repeats.
Train hard and train smart!!
