Incline Club,
Just a reminder about this weeks workouts. Dont forget that the Barr Trail Mountain Race is this Sunday! If you arent volunteering or running, you can do one of the regular workouts listed below.

Thursday, July 10, 5:45pm Hydro Street
Warm up from Memorial Park in time to get to Hydro Street. Do 30 minutes of 1 min hard, 1 min easy up the Barr Trail. Easy back down the Barr Trail. Do 6 Hydro Street repeats.
Sunday, July 13 Barr Trail Mountain Race!
Or 7:30AM Memorial Park
1) Run to the top of Pikes Peak via the Barr Trail
2) Catch COG train to Mt View (if spots)
3) Elk Park to summit via Barr Camp
4) 3-2-1 from summit
