Good Evening Incline Club!
Nice to see 86 of us out there for the first double of the season. We started the morning with some live entertainment (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NIiEnISKwSs), got to do some ice skating just before highway 24, and then had an excellent feedbag to finish the morning with.

Weekend Weather Report:

In Manitou, NWS is calling for 26 deg and light winds at the 8am start, rising to 40 by 11am. At No Name Creek, you will be looking at 26 deg around 9am, rising to 30 by 10. At Barr camp, expect 27 deg at 10am. Basically, expect the starting temps to stick with you the entire way up. The good news is that it should be rather sunny the entire day and there will be only light (<7mph) winds.

Suggested Course Overview:

This week’s suggested run is simple: Go up barr tail till you want to turn around and then take an easy jog back down. For most of us, this should be anywhere from 1 to 2 hours up. Remember how far you got and then try and go farther the next time. Screw shoes or YakTraks are recommended.
