This is one of the most beautiful cities in the world. Access to adventure is so easy!

When I started running and what got me started:
Started in 1979. Traded a bad habit (smoking) for a great one.

What does running mean to me:
Running equals freedom. I am very grateful for every day I can get out and enjoy the trails.
