Places I’ve called home and why I like where I am now:
East Willage, near Botanicka Zrahada, Padstow, Bakau, Ashbury Heights, Ketchikan, Tempe and currently Manitou Springs and Aspen. The fur, the fun, the plastic. The hippies, the hills, the peaks.

Best running experience:
After a first-snow in Ketchikan, I drove out to Perseverance Trail and ran up the pristine boardwalk to the partially frozen glacial lake. I had to duck under the burdened limbs and squeek though the silence. The footfall of critters were the only ones preceeding mine.
Worst running experience:
