When I started running and what got me started:
I started running in June 2010 when i quit smoking.

What does running mean to me:
Running means the world to me. It is my addiction.

What I like about trail/mountain running:
I love the serenity of trail/mountain running....

Favorite running trail and why:
I love Waldo Canyon and so far Barr Trail

Favorite trail/mountain race and why:
Waldo Canyon and Barr Trail - I love single track with lots of uphills and switch-backs

Best running experience:
Every time I run a little bit further or take on the challenge of a new trail I have never seen before

Worst running experience:
My first "Briargate YMCA 5K Turkey Trot" - the course was only 2.8 miles...

Neatest thing found on a run:
Fool's Gold!!

Running related bathroom stop story:
I prefer to drop trou than to use a porta pottee.

Running pet peeves:
people who pass me just to slow down in front of me... i also hate it when other drivers do this to me. go figure.

Something non running related that no one would guess about me:
I played the tuba in high school marching band.
