What I do for work:
Flight Service Specialist, I work in the Norad complex in North Bay and can not tell you what I do.

Places I’ve called home and why I like where I am now:
Southern California- born and raised- moved to Canada in 1986
I love North Bay, a great place to raise kids.
I lived in Colorado Springs for 6 months in 1971, I was not running then.

When I started running and what got me started:
I started running when I was about 30. I have been running off and on since to try and stay in shape.

What does running mean to me:
Running helps keep me fit physically and mentally

Running accomplishments:
1997 Ottawa Marathon
2002 Burlington, Ont. Marathon
2003 Montreal Marathon
2005 Pikes Peak Marathon

What I like about trail/mountain running:
I like being in nature and exercising with others.

Favorite running trail and why:
Grand Canyon Bright Angel Trail South Rim to Plateau Point
South Dakota, Harney Peak up about 3,000 ft to 7242ft.

Best running experience:
Hamilton Around the Bay 30k, Ont. Canada
My goal was under 3 hrs and my first run March 2003 was 2:46 and in 2004 2:39

Neatest thing found on a run:
Friendship

Other hobbies and interests:
Tennis, racket ball, nascar, camping, traveling, airplanes, and people.

Other stuff:
My biggest Goal now is to attempt Pikes Peak in Aug 2005.
