When I started running and what got me started:
I started running when I was 12 years old and have just continued the sport.
What does running mean to me:
I like being fit and the endorphin rush I get after running :)

just a couple of 5Ker's :)
What I like about trail/mountain running:
I'm new at this but very excited :)
Best running experience:
Running in Albania past cows and people on bicycles listening to country music

just hit the bushes!

need my music!
