Places I’ve called home and why I like where I am now:
Clearwater FL, Sanford NC, Salem OR, Camp Hill PA, Fort Collins CO. And finally Colorado Springs CO it has everything I was looking for in a home town.

When I started running and what got me started:
2002 I was diagnosed with MS and needed to strenthen my legs and mind.

What does running mean to me:
A time to connect with me and my body.

Running accomplishments:
Pikes Peak Ascent and 4 marathon including Boston

Favorite running trail and why:
Elk Park Trail down to Barr Trail and back up. You can't beat the scenery

Favorite trail/mountain race and why:
Barr Trail Mountain Race Why? Best organizers

Best running experience:
Feeling my strength and endurance returning after so many year.

Worst running experience:
Bonking on the Pike Peak aAscent

Neatest thing found on a run:
My sanity

Those that don't pay attention on the trails.

Struggling with MS for 6 years.
