When I started running and what got me started:
I started running in 1968. I ran for my high school in Chamblee,Ga.

What does running mean to me:
Running helps relieve stress.

Running accomplishments:
None. I've run 10 marathons including one New York Marathon but nothing extraordinary.

What I like about trail/mountain running:

Worst running experience:
New York Marathon. I got very sick two days before the race. Had both stomach and intestinal viruses.

Running pet peeves:
Drivers that are rude, and unmonitored dogs found on the running route.
