I still call home Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
I love all the outdoor opportunities and enthusiasts in CO.

When I started running and what got me started:
I ran my first 5K with my mom when I was 10, and have ran ever since.

What I like about trail/mountain running:
Any monotony I feel on a road disappears on a trail, and I like having to watch my footing.

Favorite running trail and why:
I haven't ran it yet, but I'm getting there.

Favorite trail/mountain race and why:
14M Run at the Rock in Burlington, NC. Its SWEET.

Something non running related that no one would guess about me:
I love to surf.

Other hobbies and interests:
Fishing, cooking, backpacking, the beach, and a warm rain.
