When I started running and what got me started:
Ever since I can remember but never seriously. What made it more serious is having to run a 12km stretch to get to dinner on time.

What does running mean to me:
Freedom

What I like about trail/mountain running:
Just about everything.

Best running experience:
Sunday afternoons long run on the old Geita trail to Lake Victoria.

Worst running experience:
When I can't get out.
